the factory

It is the greatest feeling in the world to have your own UK factory, especially one as beautiful as ours. However it does come with responsibility. At any one time there are over 30 people working here, all need to be kept safe, be trained and work closely as a team to maintain the health and safety of each other and the machinery. We work under very different conditions from other countries like China.

Simple issues like pay can be over a hundred times different and we have a very close control on legislation and employment law.The factory is designed and built by Brunel and was originally a service and engineering work shop for the London Midland railway.When we moved in it was on the edge of collapse, we have slowly and methodically converted it into a workable factory. The building is full of charm and is the perfect environment to house the company.
