We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to order
from us, however if you are having problems please read the step by step
instructions below.

Viewing Products
To browse through our products
use the Product Category links on the
left hand side of the page.
You can click on the main category (eg. Desk
Accessories) to view all the items in that category or click on the sub
category to view only that group of items (eg. rulers)
To view further details of the item either click
on the 'Enlarge Image' button to view
a more detailed picture of the item or click on the 'Details/Buy' button
to bring up a detailed description of the product.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Basket
If you wish to add an item to your shopping
basket then simply click the 'Details/Buy'
button and then from the product description
page click on the 'Add
to basket' button. This will then take you to your Shopping
basket.
To continue shopping click on the 'Back' button.
Updating the Shopping Basket
If you want to buy more than one of a particular
item then simply to go the shopping basket and type in the amount that
you want to buy in the 'Quantity' box
and click the 'Update' button. This
will update the total price and postage if necessary.
To delete an
item, you must change the 'Quantity' to '0' and
click 'Update' to remove this item
from the basket.
Finalising Your Purchase
Once you have finished shopping you can procede
to the Checkout by clicking on the 'Checkout' button
in your shopping basket.
At the top of the checkout page you can see a
summary of the items that you are buying and the total cost including
postage.
Fill out all of
the fields with your details and click on the 'submit' button,
this will transfer you to the Paypal site.
Paying for Your Items
All payments are made through PayPal who
accept most major credit cards. You do not need
to be registered or register with PayPal to make a purchase.
Unregistered PayPal
Users:
If you do not have a PayPal account and do not
wish to register with PayPal, then you must click on the button next
to: 'If you do not currently have a PayPal
account'.
Then follow the onscreen instructions given by PayPal and be sure to supply
all information that is asked for.
Registered PayPal Users:
If you already have a PayPal account then login
to your account to enter your card payment details and delivery address.
Once the transaction has been finalised you will
automatically be redirected back to the Remarkable Site and an email containing
details of your order will be sent to the email address you have supplied.
