Postage & Delivery

Q. How is the postage calculated?
A. The postage is calculated by the total weight of all the products.

Q. How long does it take until I receive my order?
A. All orders that are received before 11am aim to be dispatched 1st Class Royal Mail on that day. This usually takes 1-2 days* but please allow up to 10 days to receive your order.

Shopping Basket

Q. How do I add items to my shopping basket?
A. If you wish to add an item to your shopping basket then simply click the 'Details/Buy' button and then from the product description page click on the 'Add to basket' button. This will then take you to your Shopping basket where the item has been added.

Q. How do I delete an item from the basket?
A. To delete an item from the basket you must change the quantity to zero and then click the 'update' button.

PayPal & Payments

Q. Why do I have to pay using PayPal?
A. PayPal is a reliable internet payment site that is extremely secure and trusted throughout the world.

Q. Do you keep my card payment details on record?
A.
No we do not have access to your credit/debit card details as the transaction is completed through PayPal.

Q. Can I pay using another site rather than PayPal?
A. No not at the moment, we are looking to extend our payment methods in the near future.

Q. Is it safe to give my card details over the internet?
A. It is just as safe as placing an order over the phone or even buying from retail stores. We don't save your credit card information and can't even view it. All data is transmitted through a secure server (SSL) by PayPal.

Q. What is SSL?
A. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer and is the software that encrypts the information transmitted between your browser and the server.

Refunds & Returns

Q. Can I return my order if I am not happy with it?
A. If you are not happy with your order you are entitled to return it. To return an order, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to:

  • For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Eligiable refunds can only be made to the card or accounts which was used for the original purchase.
  • Postage is non refundable.

Q. How will my payment be refunded?
A. Refunds will only be made back to the card you used to make the payment or to your PayPal account.
