Delivery

• All of our products are securely packaged in order to reach you in pristine condition.
• Orders can only be posted within the United Kingdom.
• Orders will be usually be dispatched within 2 working days of us receiving full payment.
• The postage cost is calculated by the total weight of your order.
• Orders weighing less than 2kg are dispatched using Royal Mail's First Class Post service and usually delivered within two working days*.
• Orders weighing more than 2kg are dispatched using Royal Mail Parceline*.
• Please allow 10 working days for delivery.
• Postage is non-refundable on all returns.

*We accept no responsibility for any errors or late deliveries made by Royal Mail or any other courier service used.

To return an Order, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to:
